Assateague Marshes Oil Pastel by Alexandra Kopp

This is a new medium for me that I have been trying out, oil pastels.
 They are similar to regular pastels but do not have the dust that is created by regular pastels.
 I like the layering and blending and they are so easy to travel with;
 although I think they would not do well in high heat.
 I think I will keep experimenting with them.
 This little painting is done with oil pastel and is available in my ETSY shop

This is so romantic and beautiful! I've always wanted to visit here (like every other little girl who has read Misty)
