So here it is at last, I have finally finished making my new work, and have just listed the 12 new pictures in my Green Island Art Studios Etsy store. I am very excited to be finally listing the fruits of my recent creative labours!!

This work is all about light and water in the landscape, and my working title for it was "Blue sky days and suns rays". But now that it's done I can't help but to refer to the wonderfully sublime writings of Gabriel Garcia Marquez when I call this body of work "Light Is Like Water"

I have just blogged about one of the new pieces called Sun Showers, as it comes with an interesting dialogue about strangely unexplained cultural similarities in linguistics and mythologies.
