This is a 35"x25" oil painting of Rubble Creek in Garibaldi Park, north of Vancouver. In 2006 I took a painting trip to the area, staying in a remote rustic cabin with a view of the Tantalus mountain range.

This piece was featured in a 2007 exhibit at the Wayne Arts Center in PA, curated by Mark Van Proyen, an arts critic who writes for Art in America, ArtWeek and is a professor at the San Francisco Art Institute.

Victoria Donahue, arts critic for the Philadelphia Inquirer, cited this work in her review of the exhibit. You can find it under press on my painting site: http://www.victoriawebb.net/press.htm

Thanks for looking, check it out in my shop at Etsy.
