New Paintings, one for show, one for etsy

Hello! This week I worked on a piece for a show in a gallery. The theme was Americana and fortunately the piece got accepted! Yay for me! :) It is oils and measures 24"x12" I called it New Beginnings, old flag, fresh sunrise, seemed appropriate :)



So I had some leftover paint on the palette and decided to do a small oil painting to list on etsy. It is from the same series of photos from which I took for the flag reference, a sunrise at a local beach last spring.
