ART that is close to my HEART

Hi everyone...this is a posting for a print of an ACEO...maybe slightly larger than an ACEO...but it's been printed on linen that my grandmother made from scratch...from the picking of the flax to the the weaving...to the final material...

It's all explained in the listing how much work was put into this linen and I didn't want to use it at first...rolls were made for bed sheets and clothes so that when my mom moved from Italy...that she would be set...

My mom told me to use it...and that my grandmother would want me to or it would go to waste...

I've done embroidery and original paintings but this listing is for a print...not as bright as it would be on paper but lots of charm...

This posting means alot to me...

Thanks for looking...

What a gorgeous piece, and a lovely, touching story. Such a treasury to have this from your grandmother!
