Well, as I was saying before the blogger monster ate my last blog( I think it's being digested), I was inspired to create this painting from a Native American indian gourd.
The gourd had been a gift, but I always felt sad about the horses that were forever captured on the gourd, and I felt the need to set them freee.
One day I sat down with a new canvas, oils, and acrylics. I placed the gourd in front of me , and let the spirit of freedom guide me.

I love it. It reminds me of a digital animation I made in college where I freed pegasus from off of a greek urn.
