A heart to burn for

What does a heart burn for?

Each and every one of us has a heart. That heart burns for lots of things: love, money, acceptance, and oh so many other things. All of us should have items that are good; items that uplift our spirit when it comes to this subject. A heart that burns for pleasure, seeks itself and not another. If one is continuously seeking pleasure, could it be that, their life has been full of others that are not giving? Oh so many have grown up, not being the subject of another’s heart burning for them. If we would take the time, be quiet and look into our own hearts, to see what really motivates us, what could be fuel for that heart of ours, who knows how that would affect us.
A heart like mine does need help. Oh God in heaven, I do know that Your heart does burn for us all, may we let You love us. May we let go of our fears of all kinds, fear for our history of rejection, our history of failure, oh may we let go of the past and run into Your heart, a heart that burns for us.
