Cascade I

This piece is an acrylic painting, part of a series entitled 'Cascade', which has to do with the idea of falling. I seem to have stuck with using springlike colours, though, but as the series progresses, it moves to blue.

I enjoy working in series, taking an idea and playing with it, experimenting, seeing where it will take me. I even do that with ACEOs, making a series of seven or eight cards using the same idea, though each little card is unique. And whilst each piece can be bought separately and enjoyed, it can be interesting to have more than one, to mount and display in a frame, perhaps.
