This is my latest commission - in fact I've just posted it off today!
My buyer had requested a painting inspired by the beautiful lampwork beads that she makes.
We decided that one of my "tree" paintings, using the colours of her "sun-baked" beads, and with "bead-like" leaves, would work well - so this canvas is titled "Sun-baked Tree". The beads were a beautiful inspiration to work from, and it was a very interesting way to approach a painting!
The canvas is painted in acrylics with raised silver details, and measures 24" x 20", and 1.5" deep.

Cool idea to mix the colors and textures of glass beads with your wonderful paintings. Beautiful results!
