Creating " Picasso's Moon" was both a challenge and a success. I had created a silk painting in 2002, and named it " Picasso's Sun". It won rave reviews, and I sold it, and could have sold it a dozen more times. I had so many requests to paint another.
I told everyone, that when doing a silk painting I can not duplicate it. It is, and always shall be a 'one of a kind'.
Years later, I was inspired to design " Picasso's Moon". I love the brilliant colors, even though it is a night time theme.
